The Olympia Downtown Alliance is excited to bring back Music in the Park, presented by Olympia Federal Savings, a beloved summer tradition featuring live, local music in beautiful downtown settings. Join us for four Wednesdays of free outdoor concerts at Sylvester Park and Port Plaza.

Whether you're dancing with friends or relaxing on a picnic blanket, this series is your invitation to celebrate summer with music, community, and good vibes.

July 8 – Oly Family Fun (Sylvester Park)

Bringing spirited, joyous energy to the streets and stages of Olympia, Samba Olywa is a community percussion and dance group dedicated to sharing the love of Samba and global rhythms.

6:20 PM | Voices of the Sound
Voices of the Sound is the city's premier all-voices barbershop chorus. Rooted in a cappella tradition, this welcoming group blends musical excellence, expressive performance, and genuine connection to share the true power of harmony with our community.

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | The American Legion Band
Founded by WWI veterans in 1924, this legendary community band has been a faithful local cornerstone for more than 100 years. Get ready for a timeless, crowd-pleasing performance featuring a wide variety of classic show tunes, cinematic soundtracks, and rousing patriotic anthems.

July 15 – Punk Power (Sylvester Park)

Hailing from Olympia, WA, The Proffits blend horror-themed garage rock and surf punk into a sound that's both nostalgic and infectious. Inspired by bands like The Sonics and The Cramps, their surf-drenched guitars, rumbling rhythms, and lively stage presence have a way of leaving audiences delightfully haunted long after the show is over.

July 22 – Next Gen Talent (Sylvester Park)

Anne Magnolia is an Olympia-based singer-songwriter and guitarist incorporating the power of rock and metal with the warmth of acoustic folk. Through heartfelt storytelling and compelling lyrics, her music explores themes of hope, resilience, and personal growth.

July 29 – Folk-Americana (Port Plaza)

Expect a sweeping Folk-Americana headlining set from Daring Greatly! This Calgary-formed, San Diego-based band blends classic rock, soul, and country into a sound built on rich storytelling, vulnerability, and courage. With beautiful harmonies and dynamic shifts from intimate to explosive, they deliver a timeless performance you won't want to miss.
