Shackleton's Antarctic Expedition

The South Sound Story Guild presents a storytelling event featuring Sir Ernest Shackleton’s ill-fated 1914-1916 Antarctic Expedition. Our featured storyteller, Ingrid Nixon, is a modern-day Antarctic explorer who has retraced Shackleton’s steps. Regarding the expedition, she notes,
“if it were fiction, it would be over the top.”
